What you´ll do
Execute annual education strategy set out by brands as it pertains to launches, product focuses and NCA activities.
Quarterly education reviews with key salon accounts, including planning education visits and events minimum 3-4 months in advance.
Conduct in salon / classroom or digital cluster classes based on the needs of the territory.
Complete request forms and order product required for ASK Education Seminars.
Use of Henkel
Planning Platform as exclusive planning calendar tool.
Assist with backstage color preparation for brand related live or digital events.
Working with DSO Sales Consultants to develop and close salon targets within a territory.
Support talent development by mentoring contract educators and ensuring they uphold brand standards.
Participate in national or regional meetings to align on goals, share insights, and collaborate on education initiatives.
Monitor competitive activity and trends to provide feedback to the Education Manager and help evolve local education strategies.
Manage budgets for regional education activities as assigned, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Ensure all education touchpoints reflect brand standards in technique, consultation, professionalism, and visual presentation.
Weekly reporting to Education Manager.
What makes you a good fit
Valid Hairdressing License
Minimum 5 years hairdressing experience
Minimum 2 years of industry education experience
Confident and able to effectively communicate and present to large audiences
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Customer focused approach
Proficiency with PC applications; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fluency in English is a must and French is beneficial
Valid Driver’s License
