Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry?Level Communications Assistant to support day-to-day communication and coordination activities at our Culver City office. The Entry?Level Communications Assistant will provide on?site, in?person support for internal and client communications. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is organized, professional, and interested in gaining hands?on experience in business communications and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate information flow between departments to ensure timely updates
- Prepare and organize written materials, schedules, and documentation
- Support meetings by assisting with agendas, notes, and follow?ups
- Maintain accurate records, files, and communication logs
- Provide administrative and coordination support to management and project teams
- Represent the company professionally during in?person interactions
Qualifications
