Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Denver team. The ideal candidate is ethical, organized, and committed to providing meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
You will supervise RBTs, create individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide parent training — all while being supported by an admin and clinical team who prioritize work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other standardized assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Deliver high-quality parent / caregiver training.
- Monitor client progress and update programs as needed.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain BACB and Colorado regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote generalization and success.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.Colorado state requirements for practicing ABA (or willingness to obtain).Strong clinical writing and communication skills.Experience supervising RBTs and early-intervention programs preferred.Compassionate, ethical, and dependable.What We Offer
