Missouri Licensed Mortgage Underwriter

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III.

Key Responsibilities

Manage individual pipeline by completing conventional loan underwriting reviews and tasks within established turn times

Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed

Assist department personnel with underwriting guidelines and provide updates on loan statuses

Required Qualifications

5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with 3 years of recent frontline underwriting experience preferred

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Encompass LOS experience preferred

Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines

Proficiency with automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor
