Location : Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Compensation : Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus

Position Overview :

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all aspects of brand marketing, digital engagement, and customer experience strategy. The CMO will lead a national marketing organization responsible for brand positioning, creative direction, media strategy, sponsorships, and innovation across all channels—including digital, social, experiential, and in-store. This individual will drive the next chapter of the brand's growth through data-driven marketing, impactful storytelling, and modern consumer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategic development and execution of the brand's national marketing and communications plan.
• Oversee integrated marketing efforts across advertising, digital, social, PR, influencer, and field marketing teams.
• Partner closely with operations, product development, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing organization that combines creativity with analytical rigor.
• Direct digital transformation initiatives, including mobile app engagement, loyalty programs, and CRM optimization.
• Develop consumer insights and analytics capabilities to drive brand relevance and customer retention.
• Manage national sponsorships, partnerships, and community marketing activations.
• Oversee the marketing budget, media spend, and performance metrics to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.
• Serve as the brand's external ambassador at key industry, media, and partnership events.
