Hardscrabble Hospitality Group from award-winning chef DAN KLUGER is growing our BOH Kitchen Team! We are currently seeking a BAKER.

An interest in seasonally driven menu items is a must as well an overall passion for cooking. We are looking for a motivated individual that can manage day-to-day station operations with guidance from our Pastry Chef. Ideally candidate is team-oriented, capable of problem solving, and open to opportunity offering growth potential. Candidate must :

• be able to read and follow recipes, as well as follow directions and lists outlined by a chef
• understand and follow the proper DOH food safety policies
• be punctual
• communicate in English
• maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
• work in a fast-paced and stressful environment without losing composure
• have the ability to stand while working for long periods of time
• can lift up to 50 lbs.
