Uniti Med is seeking a travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Park Ridge, Illinois.

• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

Patient Types :

o Respiratory services, including patients on nebs, MDI inhalers, and chest PT - Acute cases : RSV, Entero-Rhino viruses that usually require high flow oxygen and suctioning, Flu, intubated patients in ICU for medical or post-surgical reasons; Chronic cases : Asthma, SMA

Required Certifications :

o RRT, NRP, BLS, PALS, RRT-NPS (preferred)

Skills required

o Registered respiratory care practitioner

o Experience with peds preferred

o Invasive and non-invasive ventilation experience, Servo ventilator, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), airway clearance techniques, aerosol delivery, High flow devices

Floating : If yes, where?

o NICU, PICU, General care peds floors, Peds ER (in rotation)
