Position : Data Analyst

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to interpret and communicate insights to various stakeholders within the company. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases
  • Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions
  • Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques
  • Participate in data-driven projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
