Key Responsibilities
Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software
Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialized applications and provide training to team members
Qualifications & Characteristics
HS Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry preferred
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with PDF manipulation tools
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
