Marketing Coordinator

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking an on-site Sr. Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join our growing corporate team located in Bryn Mawr, PA.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Brand management and creation of digital and print marketing collateral for our nationwide lines of business encompassing B2B and B2C.
* Order and maintain marketing collateral as well as promotional items inventory for all corporate and affiliate offices.
* Maintain & organized digital and print design files.
* Prioritize multiple tasks and projects at once, while meeting deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Create and update social media content: facebook, Linkedin, Instagram.
* Project manage and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.
* Track website performance through Google Analytics, as well as location management within Google Business Profile.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of 10 years in the graphic design field encompassing digital and print media (web is a plus).
* Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience of visual design and layout principles for digital and print marketing collateral.
* Portfolio demonstrating creative solutions and technical skills of both digital and print projects.
* Managing print vendors and preflight files for printing, paper stock types, etc.
* Engages in on-going professional development to remain current on design trends, tools, and technologies.
* Ability to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across all touchpoints while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
* Excellent attention to details, spelling and proofreading skills.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:
* Adobe Creative Suite skills is a must.
Expert: Indesign
Proficient: Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat & Bridge
* Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
* Canva
* Word, PowerPoint

* Web content editing/updates within WordPress sites
* Facebook ad campaigns
