Pay Rate : $68,500 – $80,000 / year

Overview
Bluetape USA is seeking a highly skilled Home Repair Specialist to support residential repair projects that ensure smooth real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings reliability, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of ownership to every job. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality repairs while partnering closely with our internal team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home repairs with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Use standard hand and power tools to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Manage daily jobsite needs, including material handling and site preparation.
- Communicate clearly with project coordinators and clients to ensure alignment on work scope.
- Maintain professionalism while representing Bluetape USA at client sites.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair needs when required.
- Support efficiency by ensuring timely completion of assigned repair tasks.
