This position is a part of operations finance team in the Raytheon Missiles and Defense Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) division supporting PATRIOT Integrated Product Team(s). PATRIOT has a wide range of Contract Types Customers and Deliverables. The successful candidate for this position will support quarterly Estimate at Completes (EACs) monthly Earned Value Analysis monthly Budget Change Requests demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis assist in financial recommendations and communicate effectively while partnering with management.

What You Will Do

Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions

Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems

Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams LADS Program Management Offices and Cross Business Teams

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires : A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Experienced user of SAP (APEX and / or Prism) RTN PMX or similar system

Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite particularly with Excel

Qualifications We Prefer

Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified

R6Sigma Specialist

Self-starter with a positive attitude willing to take on challenges

Advanced Excel skills

Operations finance or factory / manufacturing finance experience

Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
