In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic environments. You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams, anticipate changes in patients’ needs, and enhance patient safety through effective communication and evidence-based practices. Additionally, you will actively participate in discharge planning, quality improvement initiatives, and personal professional development.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license required and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Experience : At least 1 year in clinical nursing.

Skills & Abilities : Proficiency in patient care, crisis management, and effective communication; along with strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
