Key Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer experience and technical support for hearing aid technology
Completes technical troubleshooting and offers fitting solutions for hearing aids
Assists in training team members and logs customer interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Audiology Degree (M.S. / M.A. / Au.D. or HIS equivalent) with 1-2 years of clinical / field experience
Proven ability to engage with customers and provide technical expertise
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
Must have a minimum high internet speed of 50 mbps (hard wired)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
