We are seeking a TrackWise Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing and supporting TrackWise applications ensuring quality compliance and optimizing system processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in TrackWise administration quality management systems (QMS) and a passion for improving operational efficiency and compliance within regulated industries.

Job Description :

The TrackWise Specialist will be responsible for the administration configuration and support of the TrackWise system to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include :

Configure maintain and support TrackWise workflows forms and reporting functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring timely response to user requests and incidents.

Collaborate with Quality and IT teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades.

Conduct system testing validation and documentation for new TrackWise features or updates.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on TrackWise processes and functionalities.

Generate reports and analytics to support management decision-making and compliance tracking.

Ensure TrackWise system compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

The TrackWise Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the TrackWise system ensuring that the organizations quality processes run efficiently. The TrackWise Specialist will also support continuous improvement initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for TrackWise-related issues. This position emphasizes the TrackWise Specialist s responsibility for both operational support and process enhancement. The TrackWise Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure TrackWise aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.
