Responsibilities

The LPN Nursing Supervisor supports the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient / family and employee satisfaction during a designated shift. This individual leads, guides and directs the clinical operations, care delivery model of the nursing units including ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations. The LPN Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical operational liaison between the units and the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing and Unit Managers.

Posted Salary Range

USD $34.00 - USD $37.00 / Hr.
