We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Body Shop Parts Department team. If you're organized, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, ship, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service to retail, service, and wholesale clients
• Organize and maintain the parts inventory stock shelves, label bins, and track locations
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, and funds
• Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and delivery vehicle
• Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
