We are a new counseling practice based in NE Grand Rapids, MI, and we’re building something intentional and deeply client-focused. Our approach is person-centered, meaning we prioritize each individual’s values, experiences, and voice in the therapeutic process. We offer care that is trauma-informed, and grounded in respect, empathy, and cultural humility.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LLC) to join our team of compassionate professional counselors. You’ll have the chance to do the work you love while helping shape the culture and direction of a growing practice.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, or group therapy to a diverse range of clients
• Create and implement customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to continually improve clinical services and client experience
• Participate in shaping the clinical culture, workflow, and values of a new practice

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LPC, LLC, LMFT, or LMSW Michigan license
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems preferred
