Florida Licensed Clinical Manager RN

A company is looking for a Home Health Clinical Manager RN REMOTE Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver quality care services while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Supervise professional personnel and assist field staff in monitoring client needs

Evaluate employee performance and coordinate the total Plan of Care with appropriate resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or a related field

Two years of clinical experience in a home health agency within the last three years, or three years within the last five years

At least one year of supervisory experience preferred

Current and valid nursing license in good standing

Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations is desired
