• Implement and oversee data entry protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate ServiceTitan with other business tools.
• Stay updated on ServiceTitan updates and new features to enhance user experience.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding system usage and issues.

• Proven experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of service management software and its functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and support team members effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Relevant certifications or training in ServiceTitan is a plus.
