What You Will Do :

Develop configure and enhance ServiceNow applications ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Stay current with ServiceNow products features and industry trends to drive innovation.

Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.

Perform unit system and integration testing.

Debug and fix technical problems.

Support the development of detailed technical documentation.

Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.

Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.

Ensure the security scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

What You Will Need :

A minimum of FOUR (4) years of ServiceNow experience.

Bachelors degree required

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD GRC SPM and ITSM as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.

Experience with scripting (JavaScript Glide AngularJS) Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies deliverables and controls.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.

Must be a US citizen.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Business.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CIS CAD).

Candidates with an Active SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.

Experience with web services integration specifically Mid-Server SOAP and REST preferred.

Agile SCRUM or SAFe certifications.

General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e. financial operations financial innovation internal control risk management etc.) particularly in a federal environment.
