Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. 3–5 years of experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales . Proven ability to close deals and manage objections effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and process-driven. CRM experience preferred. We’re a fast-growing deck company specializing in deck projects. Our success is built on a proven one-call close system , a strong support team, and high-quality leads. We’re looking for a motivated Deck Sales Estimator who can turn qualified in-person appointments into profitable projects — without the endless follow-ups or multi-visit deals.
Position Overview
As a Deck Sales Estimator, you’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-person consultations, design deck projects, and close prospects on the first visit. You’ll use your in-home sales experience and our proven sales process to build trust and guide homeowners to make confident decisions quickly
Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential (upside commissions)
