Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Partner Customer Success Managers to enhance customer value and operational excellence
Own and evolve the partner customer success strategy, managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to retention
Drive operational rigor through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve partner and customer experiences
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in Customer Success or similar roles
Proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and manage programs effectively
Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze trends and make autonomous decisions
Experience building trusted relationships with customers and partners across SMB and Enterprise segments
Resilient problem solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
