Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer - Test Management position for our client.

Location : Orlando, FL

Duration : 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.

Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and scenarios independently.

Monitor test execution, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders.

Coordinate with Development, BA, Product, and Release teams for smooth delivery.

Mentor junior testers and drive QA best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

Test planning, test case creation / execution, defect management, regression and performance testing.

Strong understanding of SDLC / STLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Leadership experience managing QA teams and independent testing.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

Automation testing (web / mobile), Appium experience.

Mobile testing, Cloud JIRA, Kanban, Jenkins, CI / CD pipeline familiarity.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
