Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful campaigns and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns and CRM to drive customer engagement.
  • Plan and oversee brand marketing initiatives to enhance company visibility and reputation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across multiple channels.
  • Drive growth marketing efforts by identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Coordinate content marketing efforts to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain community marketing programs to foster strong relationships with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand and marketing activities.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with expertise in B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing and building brand awareness.
  • Experience in using data analytics to guide marketing decisions and measure success.
  • Proficiency in integrated marketing communication techniques.
  • Exceptional skills in planning and executing growth-oriented marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
