My name Troy Bentley with Amergis Healthcare and I am assisting a client with employee wellness clinic coverage in Modesto, CA 95355.

Position Details:

• Specialty: NP/PA
• Required Certifications: BC, DEA, BLS
• Previous Experience Desired: Occupational Health experience, employment physicals, OSHA regulations/knowledge
• Start Date: ASAP 60 days to start, with potential extension if a permanent option is not found
• Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (60-minute lunch); No weekends/holidays
• On-call/Callback: N/A
• Types of Cases/Procedures: Injury care, primary care for Sutter employees only
• Patient Volume: No more than 15 patients per day
• EMR System: Cority Ready Set
