Recruiter Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $25 - $36 per hour (rate depends on years of experience
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (may need flexibility)
Training: 4 to 6 weeks (initial 1-2 weeks onsite with team members, followed by remote training)
Background Checks: Background check, drug screen, and employment and education verification required

Recruiter to join our team and support a leading healthcare client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and has strong communication skills. The position involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles within the healthcare sector, particularly AR/Revenue Cycle and lower-level roles.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the organization in finding and onboarding qualified candidates for various roles, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Review and screen a high volume of resumes or CVs, shortlisting candidates based on professional and personal credentials.
- Conduct telephone or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications before advancing them to hiring managers.
- Arrange face-to-face interviews with higher management and facilitate the selection process.
- Negotiate salary and benefits in consultation with higher management.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, including medical, IQ, and EQ tests.
- Report to the manager on the status of the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and suggest new recruitment strategies and approaches to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and advertise job vacancies through various channels such as job sites, company websites, newspapers, and journals.
- Analyze the effectiveness of selected candidates and take corrective measures if recruitment goals are not met.
Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Oracle experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to speak confidently about recruitment metrics and achievements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work/life experience.
- Willingness to travel to Dallas and potentially other territories as required.
- Competitive nature, with a preference for candidates who have a background in sports or similar competitive environments.
Additional Notes: - The role is requiring high-volume recruitment efforts (5 to 8 hires per week).
- Manage a high-volume recruitment workload, handling 60-90 requisitions simultaneously to meet staffing needs efficiently.
- The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of handling change, and able to navigate a dynamic work environment, as the client has experienced significant organizational changes recently.
- This position is remote but requires some onsite presence for initial training and potentially ongoing support.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in a challenging environment with a strong focus on performance metrics.
