Responsibilities and Duties

• Define and drive the technology strategy for the IoT platform.
• Lead the launch and oversee all technical aspects of new services tailored to the US local market.
• Manage and supervise platform development and operational teams to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
• Provide leadership for AI-centered product development and guide the technical team to innovate and deliver impact.
• Develop and update a technology roadmap aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance no-code development environments and AI-driven automation features.
• Establish and maintain robust quality assurance and reliability frameworks; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to align technical enablement with business goals.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, capable of effective communication across cultures.
• Proven experience managing AI-driven product development, particularly in planning, developing, and operating AI-centric solutions.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with IoT platforms, cloud-based services, and AI technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management and project leadership.
• Proactive in adopting and mastering new technologies; motivated to drive innovative business development.
• Highly self-driven and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
