California Licensed Case Manager RN

A company is looking for a Case Manager Nurse RN.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop treatment plans

Monitor interventions, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and maintain communication with patients and healthcare providers

Document case management activities and perform Utilization Review for assigned members

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program

Current California RN license; multi-state license preferred

Minimum of five years of medical / surgical or acute care experience, including two years in case management

Prior experience in emergency room, critical care, or relevant clinical care

Knowledge of medical claims and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
