Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location : Windsor, VT Agency : Ventura MedStaff Pay : $2,058 to $2,258 per week Shift Information : Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : 2 / 16 / 2026 About the Position Travel Medsurg / Rehab is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Vermont. VT license is required. Shifts consist of 7-7 with every other weekend. BLS is required. ACLS is preferred. 2 years of recent Acute Rehab experience or 5 years of Med Surg experience - Required. You MUST verify that your traveler is willing to obtain the VT License needed - Required. Experience in a Critical Access hospital - Highly Preferred. Travel experience - Preferred. of beds : 10 inpatient rehab beds. Other staff : 2 RNS and 1 LNA (Day / Evening shift) and 1 RN and 1-2 LNAs (Night shift). Nurse to patient ratio : 1 : 8-10.
