Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location : Windsor, VT Agency : Ventura MedStaff Pay : $2,058 to $2,258 per week Shift Information : Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : 1 / 6 / 2026 About the Position Travel Medsurg / Telemetry is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Vermont. VT license is required. Shifts consist of 7-7 with every other weekend. Certifications required are ACLS, and BLS. 2 years recent Med Surg / Acute experience is required. Recent Telemetry experience is required. Charge Nurse experience is required. Travel experience si preferred. EMR : Cerner. Nurse to patient ratio : 1 to 4 / 5. Average daily patient census : 22.
