Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state
