A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage payroll onboarding for US clients and guide them from discovery to go-live in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the onboarding and activation phase for assigned U.S. projects, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for customers, guiding them through discovery, configuration, training, and launch readiness
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on project scope, expectations, and handoffs while managing onboarding timelines and risks
Required Qualifications
Experience managing multiple complex technological implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously
Strong track record of delivering successful implementation projects with high ownership and accountability
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and quickly learn new products and tools
Experience in developing and maintaining onboarding and training materials for stakeholders
Knowledge of system configuration, data entry, and data migration activities
