Entry-Level Baker

In this role, you will develop your baking skills in multiple cooking styles, including pastries and desserts, while thriving in an environment that champions professional growth.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for quality baking. Ideally, you should have some experience with pastries and desserts, particularly in high-volume or hospitality settings. Attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to excel in a bustling kitchen are essential for success in this position. Candidates must be flexible to work early mornings, as well as weekends and holidays as necessary.

Experience with traditional European pastry techniques is a plus!

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and bake a variety of breakfast pastries and desserts according to established recipes.
• Assist in crafting desserts for banquets and restaurant menus.
• Accurately measure, mix, proof, bake, and finish products in a high-volume setting.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for prepared products and ensure proper storage and refrigeration practices.
• Minimize waste by accurately ordering and utilizing ingredients while efficiently rotating products.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
