Schedule : Hybrid (Tues-Thurs onsite; Mon & Fri remote)

Duration : 11 month contract

Pay Rate : $35-40 / hr

Overview

System One is seeking a Billing Specialist to support high-volume billing operations. This role involves daily data entry, issue resolution, and collaboration with project teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process up to 100 billing entries daily in SAP .
• Research and resolve work order and purchase order (PO) discrepancies.
• Communicate regularly with PMs, job runners, and coordinators .
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and Microsoft 365 .
