The Clinical Supervisor provides program management, program quality assurance, ongoing staff recruitment, training, and development of the treatment services they oversee. They operate at a high level of discretion and independent decision-making. Clinical Supervisors provide individualized clinical supervision to direct-service staff that strengthens and develops their capacity to effectively respond to a range of diagnostic and presenting problems. Clinical Supervisors build supervisee sensitivity toward individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and lifestyle backgrounds and support an organizational culture of tolerance, respect, recovery, and resiliency.

Experience in Root Cause Analysis, LEAN and change management/process improvement preferred
• Knowledge of current healthcare quality metrics and initiatives preferred
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel Required
