RF Systems Engineer Senior

Overview

BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a RF Systems Engineer with 10+ years of system-level RF analysis experience, to work on a program at Point Mugu, Ca. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 USD to $180,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.

Responsibilities

• Translate CONOPS into RF system requirements and constraints
• Perform propagation, link budget, and interference analysis
• Model systems in MATLAB / Simulink and analyze waveform performance
• Verify that component-level designs satisfy system-level requirements
• Generate system trade studies and recommendations
• Support the system design for autonomous and remote platform and payload control
• Support test plan development and data analysis

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Degree : BS in Electrical Engineering (MS / PhD preferred) or a relevant technical discipline

CLEARANCE – SECRET

Condition of Employment :   Applicant must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
