Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning animations and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand's message. Your designs will be used in various digital media platforms, including websites, social media, videos, presentations, and more. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creativity and technical expertise together to engage and captivate our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations that align with our brand identity and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, business development, and/or marketing professionals, to brainstorm and ideate innovative concepts.
• Translate briefs and storyboards into captivating motion graphics, ensuring they are in line with project timelines and requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools both the third party tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and company proprietary tools to create high-quality motion graphics.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and implement them effectively in projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and project specifications, and deliver creative solutions that meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with the video production team to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into videos, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
• Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Maintain and organize a library of visual assets, templates, and project files for future use and reference.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of motion graphics and animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant design and animation tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into compelling visual stories and animations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with coding languages, such as HTML5 and CSS, is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Full-time Position
• Salary range is $85,000 - 120,000 yr depending on experience
