Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct regular as well as advanced clinical laboratory tests-covering areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established methodologies.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, manage discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as the need arises.
• Document all activities comprehensively, guide new employees or students, and help maintain excellent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Keep certification current throughout your tenure with us.
