Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze, organize, update financial records.
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
• Setup financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable / receivables.
• Liaise with tax accountants to track tax payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
• Keep company financial information confidential.
• Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization.
• Inventory Management
• China Purchase Management
