As QA Nurse - RN you will work closely and communicate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to assure that state and federal guidelines are met while providing residents with a safe living environment. This is a leadership role in the quality management team for quality assurance and performance improvement projects. Qualifications Graduate of accredited school of nursing (RN) with current state license.' Ability to remain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, residents and families, as well as community contacts and volunteers Ability to work closely with the Director of Nursing and MDS Nurses. Adherence to HIPAA regulations, OSHA regulations and state and federal guidelines.
