Located on the northwest side of Milwaukee, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, team oriented and has a love for or willingness to learn about gardening.

We are a growing family-owned company looking to add to our amazing team! We are currently looking to hire a candidate to join our Administrative Support team.

The position is full time during our hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Central time.

Job Summary :

Under the direct supervision of Customer Service Manager, this position will provide support and aid to ensure the success of daily tasks performed by all members of the team. Duties include but are not limited to :

• Assisting clients with corporate orders and specialty items offered on our multiple websites
• Process customer returns and refunds
• Printing orders to process for shipping department
• Assisting Customer Service team during peak season
• Coordinating with manager to accomplish other daily tasks
