This is an exceptional opportunity to build and shape a thriving Interventional / General radiology service line with collaborative, forward-thinking health system that is deeply committed to innovation, quality, and community. They will be joining an employed Breast Surgeon with tele-rad as general support.You will work closely with a wide range of service lines Äì including oncology, surgery, pulmonary, digestive health, ENT, and critical care Äì to provide life-changing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care. Position Highlights :
• Consultation Services : Providing timely consultation to emergency medicine physicians, general surgeons, primary care physicians, and other specialists regarding diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients.
• Patient Care : Conducting pre-procedural patient assessment and post-procedural management and follow-up, often in a clinic setting.
• Diagnostic Imaging : In a community hospital setting, the IR will expect to read 80% of general diagnostic imaging studies (X-rays, CTs, MRIs, ultrasound) as part of a mixed practice.
• Quality Improvement : Participating in the hospital's quality monitoring and improvement programs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
• 5 Year Employment Agreement up to an annual base compensation of $800,000.
• Sign-on Bonus : $100,000
• Relocation Assistance : $25,000
• $ 90.00 per wRVU above base target bonus potential.

• Base Compensation : Up to $800k base with additional WRVU bonus potential
