CNC Machine Setup

M&S Machine & Tool is now hiring for a CNC Setup position. As an AS9100 job shop, our focus is precision machined components and the individual we seek will serve a key role within the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have proven experience with CNC setups. Lathe and MIll experience is preferred.
• Candidate is proficient with setting tools, securing and locating fixtures, inputting proper offsets to produce conforming product.
• Knowledge of G&M-code is necessary. Programming experience is a plus as we operate with MasterCam software.
• The ability to use accurately use precision measuring instruments and input offsets accordingly is essential.

The right individual will be detailed oriented. Comfortable working independently and as a team player. Other skills set such as grinding, manual machining, and working with assemblies will also be considered.
