Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.
• Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.
• Obtain Med Pass Certification within 30 days of hire; training provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Shift Details: Per Diem, covering all traditional shifts, including weekends
