Front Desk Agent
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Key responsibilities include :
- Checking guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Handling guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Managing cash drawer and processing payments (room charges, cash, debit, or credit).
- Keeping the front desk area and lobby clean and organized.
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests.
- Providing guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.
- Answering guest calls, messages, and processing requests or concerns.
- Running daily reports and ensuring the accuracy of information.
- Assisting guests with special requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Following all company policies, safety procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements include :
High school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software.Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships.Ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
