We’re looking for a goal-focused, results-driven Software Development Manager to lead our development team responsible for business-critical applications, integrations, and automation across key enterprise systems. This role combines strong project management discipline, business analysis skills, and people leadership to ensure our internal tools, automations, and workflows are delivered consistently and effectively.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, assign workloads, and keep business stakeholders aligned with plans and delivery. You’ll maintain and reinforce established processes, priorities, and ownership, supporting the development team as it delivers work consistently and at scale.

This position can be hybrid in Naperville, Illinois or NYC, or fully remote in the following states ONLY : AZ, CT, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, AND WI. Occasional in-person meetings may be required.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 / annually. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
