Bar Bludorn, owned and operated by Michelin-starred, James Beard-Nominated Chef, Aaron Bludorn , is seeking talented, passionate and motivated hospitality professionals with casual fine dining experience, though candidates of all backgrounds are invited to apply. Server assistants work in a hands-on, guest-facing environment and are crucial members of the dining room team! Full time and part time positions are available.

About :

Bar Bludorn is Chef Aaron Bludorn's neighborhood tavern in the Memorial Village neighborhood. Following a decade working for legendary French chef Daniel Boulud in New York City, Aaron was lured to Houston (his wife, Victoria s hometown) by the welcoming spirit of Houstonians who embrace newcomers, especially in the culinary community.

This is Chef Aaron, Victoria, and Cherif Mbodji's third restaurant in Houston. Their first restaurant is Bludorn, located at 807 Taft Street, and their second is Navy Blue, located in the Rice Village.
