Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier support by resolving L3 / L4 technical issues for customers
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet customer needs
Document learnings and feedback for product and engineering improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years in a customer support role with L3 / L4 experience in cloud, storage, and networking environments
Must currently reside in the United States, specifically on the West Coast
Experience working for a Data Storage or Data Management company
Understanding of SMB & NFS protocols, Active Directory, and Kerberos systems
Previous scripting experience and ability to analyze system logs and network diagnostics
