Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical inquiries from enterprise customers and assist with API integration and optimization
Debug complex issues and collaborate with the Engineering team for resolutions
Create and update self-service resources to empower users and reduce support ticket volume
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Programming skills in languages like Python or JavaScript and knowledge of APIs and REST
Strong fluency in both Korean and English
Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments
